If we get a lot of non-Cav yahoos injecting disreputable comments I may have to allow access by invitation only. But, we'll see.

Hey guys,
I am preparing a new web site for all Air Cav troops (and anyone else for that matter). It is a place where we can historically represent all of the various Air Cav Units. Post Photos, War Stories, and any other rememberances.
The URL will be www.air-cav.org
I can create a series of pages for each Cav Unit. Or, if someone in a unit is web site literate, I will allow them access to create their own pages. It ought to be interesting. So if any of you folks want to be able to manipulate this new site and post your "stuff", let me know.

Bud, Thanks for the effort! Although I was only with the unit a short time (CE, 4 Horsemen, Oct '72 - Feb '73)it was a life-changing experience! I hope to make it to a reunion soon. Keep up the good work!

Saw that Dan Davies had passed away in the VHPA mag. He is listed as being part of Darkhorse the same time I was there but for the life of me can't remember him. Anyone fill me in

My name is john Gerwe I was with Ctroop in the begining when it changed from 1st Ifantry to 1st Aviation in SocTrang before the move to CanTho March1970 was a ce/gunner who extended for a 6 mo.extenison from a privous unit ,in BEARCAT All small outposts.
